Objective To support development of industrial clusters in order to enhance clusters, competitiveness, and sustainability of their members; to develop their market and increase their export Procedure for Cluster Development * Performing initial analysis to study the possibility for cluster development * Signing a cluster development contract with Cluster Development Agent * Signing a supervision contract on cluster development with technical supervisor * Starting trust building in the cluster, carrying out studies, drawing up a long-term plan and implementation plan for cluster development and making it into realization * Ensuring coordination to seek cooperation of all respected entities in cluster development by holding meetings in Provincial Coordination Committee in the presence of Deputy Governor for Planning and Cluster Strategic Council, presided by CEO of Industrial Parks Company in the province and representative of respected bodies Sponsorship Procedure * Training Cluster Development Agents (CDA) and Technical Advisors (TA) * Paying the fee of the contract (contracts are signed for a period of three years) * Paying the expenses of technical supervisor of the signed contract * Paying part of the cost of subprojects in implementation phase |
