Objective

To support industrial units by providing them with over a thousand training courses, annually, offered by specialized training centers in the country.

Target Audience

Small industries (industrial units with less than 50 employees)

Courses

·        Managerial skills courses for managers

·        Skills (expertness) courses for workers/staff

All courses that can help industrial units enhance their management skills and strengthen competitiveness (such as courses on quality improvement, productivity, technology, market development etc.)

Procedure

Authorized educational institutions that are in cooperation with the Industrial Parks Company in each province have to do need assessment, outline training course and then inform industrial units within the framework set by Iran Small Industries & Industrial Parks Organization (ISIPO). The course will then run if the number of applicants signed up for the course meets the quorum.

Allowance

Those who register for a training course have to pay 25 to 75 percent of the tuition to the organizer institution. The rest will be paid to the organizer institution by ISIPO (provincial companies) after the course held and got evaluated.
