To transfer prefabricated workshops to entrepreneurs and those who
intend to establish small industrial units in industrial parks with the
purpose of expediting the operation of the unit
Target Audience
* Entrepreneurs and applicants for establishing small units who obtained a valid establishment license
* Holders of operation licenses, industrial id cards and certification
who intend to move their small units from cities into industrial parks
The Workshops Specifications
The workshops are between 100 to 700 square meters and equipped with electricity, water, gas and telecommunication.
Location of prefabricated workshops
Prefabricated units subject to transfer are available in following provinces:
East Azarbaijan, West Azarbaijan, Ardabil, Bushehr, Khorasan Razavi,
North Khorasan, Khuzestan, Semnan, Sistan and Balouchestan, Qazvin, Qom,
Kordestan, Kerman, Kermanshah, Golestan, Gilan, Mazandaran, Markazi,
Hormozgan, and Yazd.
Transfer Terms and Conditions
30 percent is paid in cash and the rest by installments (maximum 24
months in developed regions and 30 months in less developed regions)
